TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use apply to all persons who visit and use the. www.ostajatoeta.ee e-shop
and/or make purchases through this e-shop. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
1.1. www.ostajatoeta.ee e-shop sells goods that are in stock according to the online shop (hereinafter Products). The number of Products is limited.
1.2 The Terms and Conditions shall apply to the legal relations between the customer (hereinafter the Customer) and the owner of the shopping environment (hereinafter the e-shop) located at the website www.ostajatoeta.ee, MTÜ Step One (hereinafter the Seller) in connection with the purchase of Products from the e-shop. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of Products from the e-shop shall be governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

1.2 The Terms and Conditions shall apply to the legal relations between the customer (hereinafter the Customer) and the owner of the shopping environment (hereinafter the e-shop) located at the website www.ostajatoeta.ee, MTÜ Step One (hereinafter the Seller) in connection with the purchase of Products from the e-shop. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of Products from the e-shop shall be governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

2.1 The customer does not need to register as a user of www.ostajatoeta.ee to order the Products.
2.2 The Customer selects the product(s) he/she wishes to purchase, specifies the quantity of each product, the payment for the products and the method of delivery. Before final confirmation of the order, the customer has the possibility to review the order and to modify the submitted order. After reviewing the order, the customer confirms the order. The order can be placed in Estonian, Russian or English.
2.3 All prices displayed in the e-shop are in euros and include the applicable value added tax in the Republic of Estonia.
2.4 The price of the ordered products is subject to a delivery charge according to the delivery method chosen by the customer.
2.5 Payment for the order confirmed by the Customer can be made by using an online banking link or by credit card.
2.6 The Order shall be deemed to have been received by MTÜ Step One, when MTÜ Step One has forwarded the Order Confirmation to the Customer.
2.7 The Order shall enter into force upon the delivery of the Product by MTÜ Step One to the Customer.

3.1 Step One NGO undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of its customers and to ensure the security of the personal data of its customers and their use in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
4.1 We will deliver the goods only to an address within the territory of Estonia.
We offer the following delivery methods:

- Smartpost Estonia parcel machine: 2.99 € (delivery to your chosen Smartpost parcel machine - within 2-3 working days).

5.1 The consumer-customer (hereinafter referred to as the consumer) has the right to withdraw from the order of the products without giving any reason from the moment of placing the order until 14 calendar days after the receipt of the products.
5.2 In the event that the product returned by the customer has been used or damaged in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics or functioning of the product, the NGO Step One is entitled to claim compensation for damages up to the selling price of the product, depending on the depreciation of the product. This amount shall be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
5.3 In order to withdraw from the order, the customer must notify Step One in writing by e-mail to info@ojt.ee.
5.2 In the event that the product returned by the customer has been used or damaged in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics or functioning of the product, the NGO Step One is entitled to claim compensation for damages up to the selling price of the product, depending on the depreciation of the product. This amount shall be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
5.3 In order to withdraw from the order, the customer must notify Step One in writing by e-mail to info@ojt.ee.
6.1 The Seller and the Customer shall be liable to each other for any damage caused to the other party by breach of these Terms of Use in the cases and to the extent provided for by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
6.2 The Seller shall be liable for the sale price of the Product.
6.3 The Client undertakes to use the E-shop service only for purposes that are in accordance with the law and good practices.

7.1 By registering or making a purchase in the E-shop, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of use of the E-shop and undertakes to comply with them.
7.2 The sales contract between the Seller and the Customer shall enter into force upon receipt of the purchase price due to the Seller's current account.
7.3 The Seller may change the terms of use and prices of the Products in the E-shop without prior notice. Notification of changes will be published on the E-shop. The prices and other terms and conditions visible to the customer at the time of the transaction shall apply to the transaction.
7.4 The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the price of the Product displayed in the E-shop was incorrect due to a technical error.
7.2 The sales contract between the Seller and the Customer shall enter into force upon receipt of the purchase price due to the Seller's current account.
7.3 The Seller may change the terms of use and prices of the Products in the E-shop without prior notice. Notification of changes will be published on the E-shop. The prices and other terms and conditions visible to the customer at the time of the transaction shall apply to the transaction.
7.4 The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the price of the Product displayed in the E-shop was incorrect due to a technical error.
8.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. If we do so, we will replace these terms and conditions with new terms and conditions on our website.
