The number of Products is limited. <br>1.2 The Terms and Conditions shall apply to the legal relations between the customer (hereinafter the Customer) and the owner of the shopping environment (hereinafter the e-shop) located at the website www.ostajatoeta.ee, MT\u00dc Step One (hereinafter the Seller) in connection with the purchase of Products from the e-shop. PRODUCT ORDERING PROCEDURES<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1812\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1812\">2.1 The customer does not need to register as a user of www.ostajatoeta.ee to order the Products. <br>2.2 The Customer selects the product(s) he\/she wishes to purchase, specifies the quantity of each product, the payment for the products and the method of delivery. Before final confirmation of the order, the customer has the possibility to review the order and to modify the submitted order. After reviewing the order, the customer confirms the order. CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE ORDER<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1815\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1815\">5.1 The consumer-customer (hereinafter referred to as the consumer) has the right to withdraw from the order of the products without giving any reason from the moment of placing the order until 14 calendar days after the receipt of the products. <br>5.2 In the event that the product returned by the customer has been used or damaged in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics or functioning of the product, the NGO Step One is entitled to claim compensation for damages up to the selling price of the product, depending on the depreciation of the product. CONDITIONS OF USE AND CHANGES THERETO<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1817\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"7\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1817\">7.1 By registering or making a purchase in the E-shop, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of use of the E-shop and undertakes to comply with them. <br>7.2 The sales contract between the Seller and the Customer shall enter into force upon receipt of the purchase price due to the Seller's current account. <br>7.3 The Seller may change the terms of use and prices of the Products in the E-shop without prior notice. Notification of changes will be published on the E-shop.
